Questioning Implicit Gender Bias at Work & Beyond – WILDialogs

Here’s a sneak peek into our next session of LawWiser #WILDialogs powered by IndusLaw.

Our host Lavanya Behl is in conversation with Suneeth Katarki and Avimukt Dar, Founding Partners at IndusLaw.

In this short clip, our speakers talk about their personal experience and how they’ve observed gender bias, often unconscious, at work and in the larger context of society.

At home women are often left out of important conversations and not spoken freely in front of. Professionally, they are sometimes not taken seriously when compared to their male counterparts. How do we identify, examine and address these implicit biases is something we need to constantly ask ourselves.

Stay tuned for the full interview to be released soon!
