Intellectual property rights

Intellectual property (IP) refers to mental creations such as inventions, literary and creative works, designs, commercial symbols, names, and pictures.

It includes trademark, copyright, patents, design and geographical design which have their act and certain regulations that IPR lawyers and IPR law firms always watch out for. Somehow, certain recommendations go missing because of IPR lawyers getting caught in too many commitments already.

The scope of these IPR concepts is so wide that even if someone dwells while giving his 110%, he may fail as the slightest mistake in handling cases can turn the world for IPR lawyers and IPR law firms upside down.

One such instance came into the limelight when the case of copyright infringement pertaining to tattoos. LawWiser, a video-only knowledge-sharing platform for the legal community shares valuable and crisp facts that revolve around the amendments in IPR laws, i.e. IPR updates. We have IP India sites but the expertise of the content is shown through LawWIser

The updates are shared in different formats wherein our expert panel shares their side on recent IPR updates.

The basic responsibility of IPR lawyers is to provide solutions to their clientele. Licensing, patents, trademark legislation, distribution, copyright, technology transfers, franchising, and trade secret initiatives are among the challenges that IPR lawyers handle for their clients.

There are plenty of IPR law firms that are competent enough in delivering viable and convincing solutions to their clients. IPR law firms consist of experienced and talented professionals who are not only capable of arguing on complex issues but also advise their clients on certain confusions on IPR problems.

LawWiser lays down IPR updates in the frame of IPR lawyers from eminent IPR law firms that are potential enough in speaking up on certain discussions, which often remain as a “question mark” in news and specific portals.

We also provide a platform for various GC’s across the globe to express thought leadership in the form of legal videos that also show law firm marketing.
