Stay Extension for #Dream11 Founders & #FarmLaws to be Repealed
The Karnataka High Court recently extended the stay order against the founders of the Dream 11 gaming app.
The duo approached the court seeking to quash the FIR registered against them under the Karnataka Police (Amendment) Act. It has been announced by the Prime Minister that the three farm laws are likely to be repealed.
The three laws are the Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020; Farmer’s (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.
