ALMT Legal represented the Haymarket UK entities on the sale of Haymarket SAC (India) Pvt. Ltd. by its existing shareholders to Spinny (Valuedrive Technologies Pvt. Ltd). Spinny acquired 100% of the shares of Haymarket SAC (India) Pvt. Ltd., from Haymarket and Hormazd & Naheed Sorabjee, which comprised a cash cum equity arrangement and a brand license to ensure that the business can continue as is.
