Areete Law Offices acts on acquisition of 24.81 MW Hydro Power Plant by Kundan Green Energy

Kundan Green Energy Private Limited has acquired a 24.81 MW hydro power plant in Himachal Pradesh from Goodwill Energy Enterprise through a slump sale.
Areete Law Offices acted as the sole legal and tax advisor for both Goodwill Energy Enterprise and Kundan Green Energy.
The transaction team included Partner Amit Singhania and Associate Hitesh Jangra.
Goodwill Energy Enterprise has been generating hydro power for over a decade. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Kundan Green Energy Private Limited in its effort to acquire and consolidate green energy assets.
