Khaitan & Co acts for Advent International on ₹3,150 crore investment in Yatharth Hospital

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Advent International (“Advent”) in connection with its equity investment in Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited (“Yatharth”), a multi-speciality healthcare platform headquartered in the National Capital Region (the “Transaction”). The Transaction involved a total investment of ₹3,150 crore. Yatharth operates nine corporate hospitals with a combined bed capacity of approximately 2,800 across Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.

The firm advised on all aspects of the Transaction, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation, competition law, and other regulatory matters.
