Khaitan Legal Associates acts on Aurinpro Solutions’ acquisition of Lithasa Tech

Aurionpro Solutions Limited has acquired a majority stake in Lithasa Technologies by subscribing to equity shares of Lithasa and purchasing shares from existing shareholders.
Khaitan Legal Associates advised Lithasa Technologies on this transaction.
The advisory team included Senior Partner Sakate Khaitan, Senior Associate Anisa Bawari, Associate Surbhi Burman, and Associate Mohini Sonkar.
