PDS ACQUIRES 51% STAKE IN DBS LIFESTYLE
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Pangram Brands and its promoters, Divya and Bhawnish Suri on the investment by PDS Limited in Pangram.
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Mr. Bhawnish Suri and Ms. Divya Suri (Promoters) on the acquisition by PDS Limited (PDS) of 51% shareholding of the Promoters in Pangram Brands Private Limited (Pangram) and consolidation of the business of DBS Lifestyle LLP (DBS) and other DBS group entities led by the Promoters, under Pangram.
