Two lawyers merge practices to form real estate law firm Apex Legal Eagles

Apex Legal Eagles has opened offices in Delhi and Haryana.

Apex Legal Eagles, founded by 2 lawyers – Om Prakash Verma and Sahil Singh – has opened its offices in Delhi and Haryana. 

Apex Legal Eagles (“ALE”) is a specialist Real Estate Legal & Transactional Advisory Law firm with expertise in conducting detailed due diligence, regulatory approvals, structuring the acquisition of property – including stamp duty and registration procedures. The firm also advises on the drafting and negotiation of agreements pertaining to property acquisition, joint venture, development, construction, project management, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.  

Mr. Singh and Mr. Verma leads the practice, with experience in handling real estate cross border transactions – advising & negotiating commercial leases, agreement for sale and conveyance deeds. They advise and execute transactions for clients across sectors including residential and commercial, hospitality and infrastructure, retail and industrial leasing, construction & EPC, private equity/institutional investment.
