The Delhi Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has passed the order to stay all the construction activities, in Delhi that are undertaken without the registration of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
The concerned commissioner is directed to ensure that with immediate effect no further such construction activity is continued.
The government has notified uniform goods and services tax rate at 12% on MMF, MMF yarn, MMF fabrics and apparel. The modified rates will come into effect from January 2022.
