Shivani Khanwilkar and Saloni Shah have launched Khanwilkar & Shah Associates LLP, a litigation and dispute resolution firm based in Mumbai. The founding partners have worked together for the last eight years in DSK Legal and Trilegal.

The firm will focus on real estate & commercial litigation, environmental & regulatory disputes, arbitration, insolvency & company law matters, criminal & white collar crime matters, IPR disputes and family & matrimonial disputes.

Shah graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2015 and holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London.

Formerly Counsel at Trilegal, Shah is a disputes practitioner with nearly a decade of experience representing clients across a broad spectrum of matters, including real estate, arbitration, and commercial disputes. Her practice has involved appearances before various High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and specialised tribunals such as MahaRERA. Prior to joining Trilegal, she spent seven years with DSK Legal.

Khanwilkar is a graduate of KC Law College and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Criminal Law at the same institution.

With over seven years of litigation experience, Khanwilkar has advised and represented clients in matters relating to real estate, arbitration, white-collar crime, and family law before the Bombay High Court, the Supreme Court of India, civil courts, and consumer forums. She was a Senior Associate at Trilegal for more than a year, following over five years in the same role at DSK Legal.
