Niyama Law launches in New Delhi as multidisciplinary practice

Niyama Law has commenced operations as a multidisciplinary legal practice based in Greater Kailash II, New Delhi.

The firm is led by Faizur Rehman as Managing Partner, alongside Partners Sukanya Lal, Tushar Srivastava, Waseem Anwar, Sachin Nagendra Sharma, and Amit K. Pateria. The partnership draws on collective experience across corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory work. Niyama Law is structured as a partner-led practice, with senior lawyers retaining direct involvement in client matters. Its practice areas encompass corporate and commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, governance and compliance, dispute resolution, domestic and international arbitration, projects, energy and infrastructure, regulatory and policy matters, restructuring and insolvency, intellectual property, employment, and finance and tax advisory. The firm has been organised on the basis that legal matters frequently span multiple practice areas, and is intended to offer clients an integrated service across those disciplines from a single practice.

Rehman has stated that the firm’s focus will be on substantive engagement with client matters and building long-term client relationships, with the partners’ varied but complementary areas of experience brought to bear across instructions as required.
