Ishan Seth joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as Partner

Ishan Seth has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in the firm’s Capital Markets Practice, based in New Delhi.

Seth was previously at S&R Associates, where he worked in capital markets. His practice covers equity and debt capital markets transactions, with experience advising issuers, financial institutions, investors and private equity funds across a range of capital markets matters, including work touching on regulatory frameworks and corporate governance.

Earlier in his career, Seth also worked at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He holds an LLB from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, where he graduated in 2016, and an LLM in Securities Law from New York University School of Law, completed in 2020.

Managing Partners Pallavi Shroff and Akshay Chudasama said the appointment reflects the firm’s continued focus on strengthening its capital markets capabilities and developing talent as India’s capital markets sector grows.
