Vaishali Sharma joins Aerion Legal as Partner

Vaishali Sharma is set to join Aerion Legal as a Partner, where she will head the firm’s Trademark Prosecution, Brand Strategy and Advisory practice. She is currently completing exit formalities at her current firm and is expected to join shortly.

Sharma spent eight years at Anand & Anand, where she advised domestic and international clients on brand protection strategies, IP portfolio management, and strategic advisory services for businesses operating across digital and international markets. Her practice focused on Intellectual Property law, with particular depth in trademark prosecution.

Sharma is a 2013 graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and carries over 13 years of experience in Intellectual Property law.

Ankur Sangal, Managing Partner of Aerion Legal, noted that Sharma brings both technical depth in trademark prosecution and a commercial understanding of brand strategy, and that her experience in portfolio management and brand advisory would strengthen the firm’s offering as it develops its specialist IP platform.
