Durga Priya Manda joins Argus Partners as Partner

Durga Priya Manda has joined Argus Partners as a Partner across its Dispute Resolution Practice and Technology and Data Privacy Practice, based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

Prior to this appointment, Manda was at AZB and Partners, where she advised and represented clients across commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, and matters involving technology regulation. Her practice covers cross-border disputes, shareholder and investor-exit disputes, ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations, and appearances before courts and tribunals. She also advises on privacy and data protection, intermediary liability, content and platform regulation, cybersecurity, and regulatory enforcement actions, with clients drawn from the technology, digital platforms, financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.

Earlier in her career, Manda held positions at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co and Nishith Desai Associates, and completed a secondment at Meta.

Manda is a 2015 graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2016.
