AZB & Partners Acts for Alphawave on Acquisition of Stake in Adani Airport

AZB & Partners acted as legal counsel to Alphawave (“Alphawave” or the “Acquiror”) in connection with its acquisition of a stake in Adani Airport (the “Transaction”). The Transaction was part of a broader fundraise by Adani Airport, the airport unit of Adani Enterprises, of approximately $1 billion from a group of investors, at a pre-investment valuation of approximately $18 billion. The fundraise involved Adani Enterprises selling a stake of up to 5.54% in the airport unit.

AZB & Partners advised Alphawave on the legal aspects of the stake acquisition, including structuring and negotiation of the Transaction.
