Bhavin Gada, Ameya Deosthale, and Mehak Gupta launch Reva Legal in Mumbai

Bhavin Gada, Ameya Deosthale, and Mehak Gupta have co-founded Reva Legal, a new Mumbai-based law firm focused on corporate and transactional work, dispute resolution, and white collar investigations. Gada takes the role of Founding and Managing Partner, while Deosthale and Gupta join as Co-Founding Partners.

Gada brings more than two decades of experience advising promoters, investors, funds, and corporates on transactions, investments, and complex disputes. He was previously a Co-Founding and Senior Partner at Stratage Law Partners. Deosthale has over 16 years of experience across commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, and white collar work. Gupta has more than ten years of experience covering private equity, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, corporate and regulatory advisory, and private client matters.

Reva Legal is structured to serve domestic and international clients including businesses, founders, promoters, investors, family offices, funds, and individuals across a broad range of practice areas, among them private equity and venture capital, real estate, and succession planning.
