C&S Partners acts for Dr. Lal Ventures on 30% stake acquisition in Neuome Technologies

C&S Partners acted as legal counsel to Dr. Lal Ventures Private Limited (“Dr. Lal Ventures”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited, in connection with the acquisition of a 30% stake in Neuome Technologies Private Limited (the “Transaction”). The Transaction was effected by way of subscription of shares.
Neuome Technologies Private Limited is engaged in the development of advanced technologies for biospecimen collection and storage, as well as advanced diagnostic tools.
The Transaction team consisted of Saurabh Tiwari (Partner), Anant Garg (Partner), Arya Sharma (Associate), and Abhijeet Kumar (Associate).
