Dua Associates advises Odyssey Energy Solutions on €7 million ECB facility from BIO

Dua Associates acted as legal counsel to Odyssey Energy Solutions Procure VI Pvt. Ltd., a group entity of Odyssey Energy Solutions, Inc. (Odyssey), in connection with the availing of a EUR 7 million external commercial borrowing facility (the ECB) from the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries SA (BIO). The ECB will support Odyssey in providing equipment procurement solutions with embedded credit to engineering, procurement and construction companies and solar developers.

The firms role encompassed the negotiation, finalisation and execution of the transaction documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Nityashjit Kaur (Partner), Prateek Bedi (Partner) and Vaibhav Tripathi (Senior Associate).
