Ishan Gaur joins JSA Advocates & Solicitors as Partner

Ishan Gaur has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in the firm’s disputes practice, based in its New Delhi office.

Gaur was most recently at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he advised and represented domestic and international clients across commercial, regulatory and contentious matters before courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court, various High Courts, the NCLT, the NCLAT, and in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. His practice has spanned sectors including infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, FMCG, and financial services, covering matters such as product liability, environmental and statutory compliance, insolvency and restructuring, shareholder and investment disputes, and complex commercial claims.

Earlier in his career, Gaur also held positions at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Karanjawala & Co. He is a 2011 graduate of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi.

At JSA, Gaur will work alongside Ananya Kumar, who will serve as his mentoring Partner.
