Khaitan advises HDFC Bank on providing financial assistance to NTT Global Data Centers

HDFC Bank Limited has approved financial assistance amounting to ₹977.90 crores (including sub-limits) for NTT Global Data Centers Del2 Private Limited.
Khaitan & Co provided advisory services to HDFC Bank for this transaction.
The advisory team included Dr. Siddharth Srivastava (Partner), Raunak Singh Rahangdale (Principal Associate), and Aparna Tripathi (Senior Associate).
The funds will be utilized by NTT Global Data Centers for acquiring assets from NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (GDCCI) and for covering future capital expenditures related to the development of a 22.4 MW data center asset and associated infrastructure in Greater Noida.
