Luthra and Luthra acted as lender’s counsel for INR 770 crores financing provided to ReNew Power Group

The Firm acted as lender’s counsel in relation to the financial assistances aggregating to INR 770 crores provided to ReNew Wind Energy (TN 2) Private Limited, a company promoted by ReNew Power Private Limited in relation to its power projects in India.

The financing leg of the Transaction was led by Partner – Karan Mitroo, who was assisted by Associate – Aditya Bhayal, while the diligence was led by Partner – Deepak Kumar Thakur and Associate – Puspak Chamariya.
