Luthra And Luthra Acts As Borrower’s Legal Counsel In Relation To Six-lanning Highway Project

Luthra and Luthra Law offices India’s Banking and Finance team acted as the Borrower’s Legal Counsel for Ghaziabad Aligarh Expressway Private Limited (part of Cube Highways Group) in connection with refinancing of existing lenders, and (for strengthening and widening) of the Ghaziabad-Aligarh section of NH-34 (formerly NH-91) in the State of Uttar Pradesh (“Project Highway”) to six lanes from the existing four lanes.
The transaction was led by Partner, Karan Mitroo and ably assisted by Associate, Aishwarya Dixit.
