Dentons Link Legal adds competition partner in New Delhi

Dentons Link Legal has appointed Arjun Nihal Singh as a partner in its Competition & Antitrust practice, based in New Delhi.

Singh brings over fourteen years of experience advising corporations, industry associations, private equity funds, and public sector entities on competition law matters. His practice covers antitrust investigations — including abuse of dominance and cartel matters — merger control, competition litigation before Constitutional Courts across India, regulatory advisory, and compliance programs. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India, the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts, acting for clients across sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, technology, e-commerce, logistics, and financial services. Singh, a 2014 graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi, joins from Luthra and Luthra, where he spent over fourteen years, having joined as a legal intern and departing as a partner.

Executive Chairman Atul Sharma and Managing Partners Nusrat Hassan and Anand Srivastava said in a joint statement: ‘Competition law continues to play an increasingly important role in shaping business strategy and transactions. Arjun’s expertise in navigating complex antitrust and regulatory issues, together with his experience across high-profile investigations and merger control matters, will be invaluable as we continue to support clients in this evolving environment.’
