Manasi Pathak Verma Appointed Head of Legal Compliance at Vishal Mega Mart

Manasi Pathak Verma has joined Vishal Mega Mart as Head of Legal Compliance, moving from her most recent position as Partner at Vertices Partners, where she spent four years.

Verma, a 2009 graduate of D.E.S Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College, brings over 17 years of experience spanning both law firm and in-house environments. Her practice focuses on Corporate Commercial Law, Compliance, and Regulatory Advisory, with additional expertise in venture capital, due diligence, and licensing. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including FSSAI, Legal Metrology, POSH, Agricultural Laws, Drugs and Cosmetics, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Health Tech, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Consulting, advising Indian corporates, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and other organisations on legal and regulatory matters.
