Phoenix Legal acts for Celerity on Indian leg of Insight 2 Value acquisition

Phoenix Legal acted as legal counsel to Celerity Limited (“Celerity”), a UK-based managed IT services provider, in connection with the acquisition of Insight 2 Value (I2V), a specialist in intelligent automation and enterprise content management (the “Transaction”). Phoenix Legal advised on the Indian leg of the Transaction.

Phoenix Legal worked alongside Hill Dickinson LLP, which served as legal counsel to Celerity on the broader Transaction. The Hill Dickinson team was led by David Mkhitarian, Partner and Head of Private Equity.

The Transaction is expected to strengthen Celerity’s capabilities across customer onboarding, complaints handling, case management and regulatory compliance, with a focus on healthcare, financial services and local government clients.
