Sarvaank Associates acts for Blue Ashva Capital on Kepler Aerospace seed fundraise

Sarvaank Associates acted as legal counsel to Blue Ashva Capital (the “Lead Investor”) in connection with the seed fundraise of Kepler Aerospace Private Limited (the “Company”) (the “Transaction”). The Transaction involved a total raise of $8 Million (approximately 76 Crore), with the Lead Investor leading the round alongside participation from Finvolve, India Accelerator and other investors.

Sarvaank Associates advised the Lead Investor on its participation in the Transaction as lead investor in the seed fundraise.

The Transaction team was led by Ankita Singh (Managing Partner) and Yash Vardhan Singh (Partner), and consisted of Sanchita Gupta (Senior Associate), Dipanjana Das (Senior Associate) and Jayant Jindal (Associate).
