Vardharma Law Expands Partnership with Internal Promotion and Lateral Hire

Vardharma Law, formerly known as Vardharma Chambers, has expanded its New Delhi partnership to three with the promotion of Vidula Mehrotra and the addition of Roshni Khirbath, both appointed as Partners.

Mehrotra, who has practised at the firm since its inception and previously held the title of Senior Associate, has been promoted to head the firms Litigation practice. An Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, she brings more than nine years of Bar experience spanning civil and commercial litigation, service and labour law, criminal defence, constitutional writ matters, and insolvency and arbitration proceedings, with appearances before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, and specialised tribunals. Khirbath joins as Partner leading Strategic Growth and Client Partnerships, with a mandate covering strategic development, client engagement, and the firms external and international relationships across its litigation, transactional, and cross-border practices. Managing Partner Somesh Tiwari noted that the appointments reflect the firms continued growth across its litigation, arbitration, private equity, M and A, and cross-border practices.

The firm has indicated that both roles are intended to support the concurrent scaling of its practice areas and international client relationships.
