Vertices Partners, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and IC RegFin Legal act on Cüraa Series A fundraise

Vertices Partners acted as legal counsel to Mojojojo Creators Private Limited, trading as Cüraa (“Cüraa” or the “Company”), in connection with a Series A equity fundraise (the “Transaction”). The Transaction involved a raise of 40 crore from a round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital, Lumikai Fund, and Better Capital.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co acted as legal counsel to lead investor 3one4 Capital in connection with the Transaction. IC RegFin Legal Partners advised existing investor Lumikai Fund in connection with the Transaction.

The Company, a New Delhi-based kitchen and lifestyle brand, intends to deploy the capital toward product development, branding, supply chain management, and omnichannel expansion.

The Vertices Partners team was led by Vishal Mehta (Partner), and consisted of Nisha Dharod (Associate Manager) and Abhishikha Moyal (Associate). Strategic inputs were provided by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner).

The Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co team was led by Manish Gupta (Partner), and consisted of Rashi Singh (Principal Associate) and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).
