Yubi promotes Himanshi Ranjan to Director of Legal

Yubi has promoted Himanshi Ranjan to the position of Director – Legal, elevating her from her prior role as Associate Vice President.

Ranjan, a 2016 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune, brings approximately a decade of in-house counsel experience spanning legal advisory, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Yubi four years ago, she held positions at ICICI Bank and, prior to that, Indiabulls Housing Finance. In her new capacity, Ranjan will oversee the company’s legal initiatives, strengthen legal governance, and support business operations through legal and regulatory strategies.
