The Competition Amendment Bill has been passed with many business centric changes by the Lok Sabha. The Competition Amendment Bill was originally introduced in the Lok Sabha last August. Thereafter it was referred to the Parliamentary Committee on finance.
The bill is yet to be passed by Rajya Sabha.
