JSA advises Inflexor Tech on its investment in NoPo Nanotechnologies

Inflexor Technology Fund has invested in NoPo Nanotechnologies India Private Limited to acquire a minority stake in the company.
JSA advised Inflexor Technology Fund on this investment.
The transaction team from JSA included Lead Partner Siddharth Mody and Principal Associate Prerana Chaudhari.
NoPo Nanotechnologies, based in Bengaluru, produces carbon nanotubes, an advanced material that can replace silicon in semiconductors and batteries. The company is currently supplying samples to chipmakers in Taiwan and Japan.
