Allied Blenders & Distillers, a liquor distributor, has launched an initial public offering (IPO) valued at $180 million.
AZB & Partners advised Allied Blenders & Distillers and the promoter selling shareholders. The advisory team included Varoon Chandra (Senior Partner), Agnik Bhattacharyya (Senior Partner), Sweta Ananthanarayanan (Senior Associate), Aratrika Choudhuri (Senior Associate), Shweta Agrawal (Senior Associate), Tanaiy Tewari (Associate), Arika Gupta (Associate), and Damini Mathur (Associate).
IndusLaw advised the book-running lead managers – ICICI Securities, Nuvama Wealth Management, and ITI Capital – on this IPO.
