Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised the book running lead managers JM Financial Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, IIFL Securities Limited and BOB Capital Markets Limited, in connection with the filing of the draft red herring prospectus of the Company to raise an amount aggregating up to Rs 5,500 million via fresh issue and sale of 6,759,480 equity shares via offer for sale through an initial public offering. The Company is an office experience and managed campus platform which focuses on leasing entire/ large, bare shell properties in prime locations from landlords and transform them into fully serviced, aesthetically pleasing and tech-enabled campuses.
