Mumbai, India, April 22, 2025: Canpac Trends Private Limited (Canpac) has acquired the packaging business of Saptagiri Packagings Private Limited (Saptagiri Packagings). This acquisition has expanded Canpac’s geographical footprint and solidified Canpac’s presence in the packaging sector. With this acquisition, Canpac will also introduce blister backer cards to Canpac’s product lineup.
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) was deal counsel for Canpac in this transaction and provided end to end support in connection with the transaction. The definitive documents entailed detailed and nuanced negotiations in relation to the bespoke dynamics of the deal including various conditions and contingencies.
