Fourth Partner Energy Limited has appointed Shujath Bin Ali as Chief Legal Officer, marking a key leadership addition to its legal and governance team.

Shujath brings with him over two decades of experience in governance, legal, compliance, ethics, and risk management. Prior to this role, he spent six years at Re Sustainability, leading legal and compliance functions in a purpose-led environment. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory strategy, ESG frameworks, and risk management across multiple sectors.

Fourth Partner Energy, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Hyderabad, is India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider, with operations across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The company focuses on integrated solar, wind, hybrid, battery storage (BESS), and EV charging infrastructure.

Commenting on the new role, Shujath shared: “In this role, my focus is on building strong legal, governance, and risk frameworks that align with the company’s clean energy mission—advising on strategic matters, enabling sustainable execution, and reinforcing long-term value through trust and compliance.”
