Birla Estates Private Limited has acquired development rights for a prime land parcel owned by Barmalt India Private Limited in an upscale area of Gurugram.
This significant transaction involves a 13.27-acre land parcel with a development potential of approximately 2.4 million square feet. The land will be developed into a premium residential group housing project, expected to generate revenue of ₹5,000 Crore.
