Hemato Oncology Clinic (Ahmedabad) (HOC) is merging with Tata Capital Healthcare Fund-backed Cellcure Cancer Centre Private Limited, which operates the well-known cancer daycare centers in Mumbai under the brand Mumbai Oncocare Centre (MOC).
The transaction will be completed in two phases, ultimately resulting in the merger of HOC with MOC.
JSA represented HOC and its shareholders in this transaction.
The transaction team included Partners Vikram Raghani and Abhijeet Sonawane, along with Associates Nishi Shah and Tanishqua Desai.
Both HOC and MOC provide medical oncology services and operate chains of daycare centers in Ahmedabad, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, respectively. These chains are managed by renowned medical oncologists. HOC is the only clinic in Gujarat offering comprehensive treatment for cancers and hematological diseases.
