Athleisure brand CAVA secured an undisclosed sum in a seed funding round from Early Spring Fund and other investors.JSA acted on behalf of CAVA and its founders for this deal.
The team handling the transaction included Lead Partner Archana Tewary, Senior Associate Savio Tom, and Associate Ajith Kidambi.Founded by Ria Mittal and Shreya Mittal, CAVA is a modern athleisure brand dedicated to producing high-end, stylish athleisure products.
Early Spring Fund is a marketing capital firm that invests in emerging startups.
