Solenco Infra Private Limited, a prominent solar power development firm, has sold its project company responsible for developing a 165MWac solar energy generation park to a BluPine Energy entity.

As part of the broader deal, Solenco will also offer certain infrastructure services to the project company or purchaser, including engineering, procurement, and construction services, along with the share purchase agreement.
