TrailBlazer Advocates (TBA) advised and represented AutoNxt Automation in this fundraising round. The transaction team was led by Partner Tuhin Batra.
AutoNxt Automation is a cutting-edge technology start-up specializing in high-torque electric powertrains and off-road autonomous technologies. The company is preparing to launch India’s first electric tractor with self-driving capabilities, intended for commercial use in various sectors, including biomass plants, airports, construction, agriculture, and solar farms.
