AZB & Partners advised Ravindra Energy Limited on the development of three solar captive projects in Maharashtra for three group companies and partnership entity of Mutha Group.

The Mutha Group entities intend to buy power, as captive consumers, from these captive projects which are to be commissioned by 2023.
