Behrman Capital Sells Portfolio Company Emmes To Affiliates Of New Mountain Capital

Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York, has announced the sale of its portfolio company Emmes (the “Company”) to affiliates of New Mountain Capital. The transaction is expected to close in early July and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
