Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York, has announced the sale of its portfolio company Emmes (the “Company”) to affiliates of New Mountain Capital. The transaction is expected to close in early July and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AZB & Partners advised New Mountain Capital LLC on all Indian law related aspects of the transaction. The AZB and Partners team consisted of Partners, Darshika Kothari and Vasudha Asher and Senior Associate, Himanshoo Tembe.
